Jose Mourinho is on point while Klopp and Wenger questioning FFP about Neymar Jr transfer fee

I agree with Jose Mourinho that Neymar Jr is not expensive, problem is the consequences of his transfer fee because other players will be expensive to €100m and from €60 to 80m. 

Neymar is a quality player and he's worth €222m PSG paid for his services. 

I don't understand why Klopp and Wenger are against the transfer by questioning (FFP) Financial fair play, because Neymar is a quality player that every coach wish to have and as for both Liverpool and Asernal coaches did not bid for Neymar's services for one reason only... They can't afford his worth price of  €200m. That's why

they did not bother themselves to link him and PSG did sign him.
