Dani Alves once said if I have money I'll sign Neymar for Barcelona while he was still a Barcelona player and Neymar was at Santos that time and later on Neymar was signed by Barcelona and played along him until he left to join Juventus which he lead to Champions league final last season, now Alves will be playing for Paris Saint German along Neymar this season.

With both Brazilians on form with their experience and habits of winning titles it will be strong squad full of quality players with the likes of Angel De Maria, the German world cup winner Draxler and the consistent of Thiago Silva at the back will build a compact competitive team to win champions league.
That amount will increase lot of players bid such as the Chelsea star Eden Hazard who is linked with Barcelona the team that sold Neymar with large amount to PSG and the Spanish giant must be prepared to pay large amount for quality players as they charge much for their quality.
How much will Eden Hazard cost with so much paid for Neymar and we can't argue because the
